Return Policy

Please note Independent Electrical Supplier (PTY) LTD’s return policy is as follows:
• Any product will only carry its manufacturer’s warranty.
Independent Electrical Supplier will not make any further warranties over
and above that of the original manufacturer.
• Goods may be returned for credit if still 100% unused
and in its original condition and packaging, unless arranged with
management prior to purchase.
• Please note that we do not do refunds,
but we will gladly extend credit to the same value
of the items returned.
• Please retain the Original Invoice for return of goods within
30 days of purchase.
• Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
• All items of a technical nature will be returned to
the supplier for testing prior to passing credit.
• A handling fee of 15% will be charged on goods returned,
cut cable will not be refunded.
• Credits will only be passed to the original account number.
• Nonstock items ordered specifically for a client will not be returnable for credit.
